Missing I/O shield x570 phantom gaming 4

   I purchased a x570 Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard and it was missing the I/O shield. I filled out the form on ASRocks site on 9/12 and got a confirmation email but have herd nothing since. I sent an email to their support but have herd nothing as well. How long does it normally take for them to respond to stuff like this. If they don't respond to stuff like this I will probably return the motherboard to the retailer and go with something else.
