Meh, I'm plum out of suggestions on this. If its terribly nagging you you can contact Tech Support. IDK of the American Tech support though so you might give the below two contacts a try and see.

Support Phone: 1-909-590-8308
Support Email: support@asrockamerica.com

They are in CA so they're on PST time zone.

Hey, what server is Internet Flash set to?

FYI, use Instant Flash in the future. Not saying Internet Flash is at fault for this but Instant Flash is much much more safer to perform.

Whatever the default is. I'm more worried about figuring out if my mobo is messed up because my gpu has been abnormally slow. I've eliminated all other parts. I don't know how to eliminate the mobo

Is this even after a fresh OS install, and with the latest graphics driver installed?

That it was a BSOD may indicate an issue within Windows.

What Make and Model is your PSU and how old is it?

Yeah fresh everything. I litteraly started from scratch. It was a generic watchdog hardware error. I researched it and it's normaly associated with overclocking. Problem is I wasn't overclocking.

EVGA 850w gold fully modular. I don't remember the model percicely. Only 2.1 years old. I micrometered everything and nothing is off output wise.
