I'm writing to ask about recognizing PCIe 16x slot.
I have the Z97 Extreme4, but cannot recognizing PCIE3( I cannot see the "Other devices" node in my "Device Manager" But it can recognize in Z97 Extreme4 and H87 Pro4/MVP. I wonder why there cannot recognize it only in Z97(All system Win7-64bit). i'm sorry about my bad english. |

PCIE3 on the Z97 Extreme4 is a PCIe x1 slot
From the User Manual, pg19
What CPU is installed? Maybe ran out of lanes? |

I'm sorry but I don't understand your question. Look at what you wrote: I have the Z97 Extreme4, but cannot recognizing PCIE3( But it can recognize in Z97 Extreme4 and H87 Pro4/MVP You said it cannot recognize the PCIE5 slot in the Z97 Extreme4, but then you said it does recognize it in the next sentence. Did you put a video card or another kind of card in the PCIE5 slot? Do you have a video card in the PCIE2 slot? ASRock has a H87 Pro4 board, but nothing called the H87 Pro4/MVP. Do you have three ASRock boards? |
