Hello community,

i have a really big problem with my new board FM2A88M Extrem4+. I allways get an Error (BlueScreen) DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (L1C63x64.sys). The file L1C63x64.sys is located in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\netl1c63x64.inf_amd64_42c4dccbca95b01d. So i think that a driver problem. But i dont know witch driver.... My System Configuration:

              DIMM3:        Kingston, DDR3, PC1600, 8GB

Graphic: nVIDIA Quadro 4000

HDD 1 (SATA1): Samsung SSD 850 EVO, 250GB

HDD 2 (SATA3): Seagate Barracuda 1TB

HDD 3 (SATA2): WD10EAVS 1TB

Drive: LG BD- ROM/ DVD Rewriter, Model: CH08LS10

Case: ATX, Enermax, Ostrog

PowerSupply: Enermax ELT500 AWT-ECO

I would start with uninstalling the display driver in safe mode using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) then downloading and installing the latest version. In my experience the display driver is pretty often the culprit. If that does not fix the problem then I would run scans on your drives for bad sectors/ failing drives, that has also been known to cause the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL BSOD. Personally I would start by scanning the Seagate drive, I have had 4 Barracudas fail on me over the last 2 years and no longer purchase Seagate products as a result. 2 of the drives were a hair outside warranty and the second set that I purchased to replace them (RAID array) died in weeks and they claimed the drives had been damaged physically and would not honor warranty so I was not at all impressed.

Obviously you will also want to reseat your RAM and other components too to rule out poor connections.

Good luck
