Hello people, I love the challenge of troubleshooting PCs but this time I need your help. Unhappy

I'm building a new computer (mini moster in 2066) , but yesterday I assembled all the parts and I'm having black screen crashes all the time and I can rarely success to boot, most part of the time I hear 5 beeps.

MOTHERBOARD ............... ASROCK SOCKET 2066 MINI ITX X299E-ITX/AC.
CPU..................................INTEL 6-CORE 7800X 140W TDP.
GPU..................................ASUS NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB.
RAM..................................CORSAIR DDR4 3000MHZ 16GB CMSX32GX4M2A3000C16.
DRIVE...............................SAMSUNG 960 EVO NVME M.2 256GB MZ-V6E250.
CPU FAN...........................COOLER MASTER MASTER LIQUID PRO 120 230W TDP.
POWER SUPPLY.................CORSAIR SF600 600W.
CASE.................................LIAN LI PC-TU100  (I had to cut some aluminium inside to fit the fan).
*all the parts are new except the gpu.

I'm not sure if the 5 beeps are related to GPU or to CPU, or even the NVME or motherboard. Ideas?Confused

Can I assume this happens more so when under load?

Seeing some throttling there too I'm betting?

The screen freezes in the ASROCK logo page (before windows). I can't even boot to windows so I can't tell about load but yes there is some throttling at start.

So we have a process error I guess but still too many suspects, thanks for the tables.

The moherboard ASROCK X299E-ITX/ac don't have integrated graphics.

I will be able to test a new GPU tomorrow but I have the feeling it's not that.

UEFI updated to L1.03, same problem.

Small Case + Water Cooling = Must place a fan directly over the VRM section of the MB

My original post and this is what I believe is your issue. Hot VRMs.
