I log into this to update that I actually received the I/O shield from the AsRock today, 5 Star to AsRock!!!Even though they never reply my email but they just send it to me when I asked them for help.
P.S. Remember to attach you invoice of purchasing if you also need something in similar cases!!!

Aaaaaannd I'm a retard.

It's already preinstalled but they're stubby and not at all like the ones depicted in the manual so I overlooked them

I just got off the phone with ASRock at

1-909-590-8308

The receptionist instructed me to email her at

101@asrockamerica.com

and to list the missing part (the 3 x M2 SSD standoffs for the ASROCK Fatal1ty Professional Gaming X399 motherboard) and my mailing address to receive the parts.

Hope this helps. Another delay. It's March 19 2019. *sigh*.
I'll come back and tell you how long it takes to get it when it arrives.

Thanks, I should be ok with the kit a bought then, it has 3mm standoffs and I have the original screw. If not I'll look around in some shop here.

Thanks
