I got a Z790 - C
After waking up from sleep mode the bluetooth is no longer working. I have the antennas attached. Have seen multiple posts around about AZRock motherboards having issues. Tried the disable WAN and enable WAN method on the AMD section linked below. Did not work. This issue seems to need step by step solution but there is no phone support to help walk me through this for ASRock. First time in 18 years my motherboard does not provide phone tech support. https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=26933&title=bluetooth-just-died#top |

Mine was once suddenly gone and it didn't even show in the device manager. I have no idea when and why it happened, i just noticed the moment i wanted to connect something, and could not find it.
I managed to get it back by unplugging the mains cable and draining residual power by holding down the power button on the case for a few seconds, then plugging in and powering it up again. Maybe this works for you too. |
