Cyberpower PC Model C-series (don't buy from them)
X570 Phantom Gaming 4-CB Radeon RX 5700 8G 16G RAM Needed to add a second monitor, but the shield over the I/O ports was misaligned with the ports themselves, so I had to remove a fan to get to the shield and subsequently remove the shield. Upon reassembly, PC no longer outputs any signal to monitor, or takes input from any keyboard attached (num-lock does not toggle the associated light, which i'm told means it's not communicateing with the BIOS; could be wrong about that). Please advise |

That has the funky custom case?
I'd open it up and double checks all the connectors ..etc inside... if you can't tell what's not connected properly .. take all the components out of the case and see if it will fire up If it's still under warranty . . go that route if you can't figure it out. |
