and then double check
and make sure both sticks are pushed in properly these new am4 ram slots require a LOT more force to seat the ram properly |

JulienBrown, please post your specifications in your signature as I have, including OS and BIOS versions. We have seen several system problems configured by pcpartpicker with a weak power supply. I do not think that is your problem right now, just an early warning. Does your board have an 8-pin and a 4-pin power connection to your CPU? Does your PS supply these? My BIOS allows screenshots and I assume yours does too. Plug in a FAT formatted USB stick and hit F12 on the page you want to post. I can make little sense on your BIOS picture. I suspect, as datonyb, that one memory stick is not seated or defective. Please test each stick, one at a time. You may need also to test each memory slot. My original board had two bad slots and required RMA. Please open your BIOS and hit F9 (Load UEFI Defaults). Enjoy, John.

your slot b2 is defective
either the actual board is defective OR maybe there is an issue with 1 of the pins on the cpu remove and examine the cpu pins also check no thermal paste on pins or socket and then if no good rma the board |
