	I have a similar problem, when i turn on my pc, i can?�t use the usb ports or any ports on the motherboard, but i can use my LED Light Room strips that also uses USB Port. I switched and tried all USB ports for the LED and it worked, but not my Keyboard, Mouse or anything. The red light that shows up is under the ?�DRAM??Section. Need Help
