Hi!
I've got a new PC (see specs below) and I noticed that there's a lot of static/buzzing sound in my headphones, including a high-pitched sound that "goes up and down". It gets louder when I move the mouse and it gets really annoying up to a point that it's giving me a headache and I can't use my headphones anymore - even on low-ish volume. It's base sound is similar to the sound you hear when you're wearing cheap headphones while walking through these anti-shoplifting devices. Specs: - Win 10 - Z390 Taichi - i9-9900k - MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 (in PCIe 2) - Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 32gb - Logitech X-140 - Roccat Nyth - Roccat Horde BT and Wifi are disabled (antennas aren't screwed in). I used the speakers, the headphone, mouse and keyboard on my old PC too and I didn't experience the problem there. The speakers are plugged into the rear audio port (green) of the motherboard and the headphones are plugged into the speakers. I replugged the audio cable - didn't help. I removed nVidia's HD audio driver - didn't help. I unplugged mouse+keyboard - it's still there. I unplugged the headphones - still there when I turn the speakers up to the max. How do I fix this? Is this a problem with audio drivers? |

Is the OS a fresh install? If not, that may fix the issue.

@RLGL
Yes, it's a completely fresh Win 10 install with the latest bios and the lastest drivers. |

If you know how, you might have to clear the bios and set it up again.
I have a sound issue to but it's different. |

Forgot to mention, are you using the latest Realtek drivers?
Also have you tried using the audio on the front panel of your system? |

My sound issue was fixed by updating the bios from P4.2 to P4.3.
Why that update fixed the problem I have no idea. Maybe the original bios loading from the manufacturer was glitched. |
