Dear,
Today I turn on my system as usual and I try to listen music from headphone. But the Realtek audio device disappear in win10 icon without any reason and now I have no idea how to fix it, can anyone help on this case. I am using X570 gaming4 motherboard. Thank you very much. |

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Regarding your question, kindly verify the suggestions below: 1. Kindly test with rear / front audio panel. 2. Kindly change another audio device to check if it will work. 3. If possible, please test the same device on another system. 4. But i have sent the board to dealer for replacement. So you can ignore this topic. |
