Hi HGerner, newbie ranked members cannot make new threads, this is to prevent spam.
Instructions can be found here: https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=113248 You can make your post here in this thread and I will create a thread for you and move it there. This has been done to prevent the thousands of spam threads that were being made every day. It allows me to screen posts and remove spam before it floods the forums and prevents our community from being able to function.
