Hello, my Asrock Z690M Phantom Gaming board has two options in the UEFI tool - Instant Flash, and Intel MEI flash. Both options are able to select and read the same files, but which option should I use, or both?

Hi ochdx,
Thank you for your post. To update the BIOS, please select "Instant flash" and select the BIOS that you would like to update. You can follow the below link to update your BIOS via Instant flash. https://pg.asrock.com/support/BIOSIG.asp?cat=BIOS9 All the best ASRock TSD |
